8. Users are prohibited from using illysustainArt.org to advertise, perform or promote any commercial solicitation of good and or services.

Users are responsible for their use of the Services, for any Content they provide, and for any consequences thereof, including the use of their Content by other users and third party partners of illysustainArt.org.

Material of unregistered users will not be used by illysustainArt.org either through the Internet or any other form after the cancellation of the user's account, except for artworks selected for online exhibitions and for reviews and online exhibitions approved by illysustainArt.org.

RESTRICTION ON CONTENT AND USE OF THE SERVICES

illysustainArt.org reserves the right at all times (but will not have an obligation) to remove or refuse to distribute any Content on the Services and to terminate users accounts or reclaim usernames. illysustainArt.org also reserves the right to access, read, preserve, and disclose any information as we reasonably believe is necessary to (i) satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, (ii) enforce the Terms, including investigation of potential violations hereof, (iii) detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues, (iv) respond to user support requests, or (v) protect the rights, property or safety of illysustainArt.org, its users and the public.
