illysustainArt.org's editorial team monitors the development of the website by guaranteeing its content's quality and coherence. It monitors material uploaded on its community and makes sure these follow the editorial policy guidelines. Content uploaded on illysustainArt.org has to be approved by the editorial team before it can be published on this website. Any form of content that does not adhere to the editorial policy and that does not respect moral and third party's rights will not be published or will be removed immediately and with no further notice from the website by the editorial team.

illysustainArt.org is based on a transparent and consistent publication process. Decisions regarding the publishing of artworks, texts, online exhibitions and news/deadlines are made by the editorial team on the basis of our editorial guidelines.

ARTISTS AND CURATORS

The illysusustainArt.org community is open to all artists and curators whose country of residence is classified by the International Monetary Fund as developing or emerging economy. Artists' and curators' work that promotes interest of any particular religion or religious groups, governments or corporations as a primary purpose, together with work that promotes sexism, racism, homophobia, or any sort of discrimination will not be accepted on the website.

ILLYSUSTAINART PROJECT

The illysusustainArt Project is open to all artists and curators whose country of residence is classified by the International Monetary Fund as developing or emerging economy. There is no fee for participating in the project and artists and curators should register on the platform to take part in to its activities.
Throughout 2012 we will publish on the illysustainArt Project’s page a deadline date by which users should register in order to be able to take part in the selection process that will see one artist or curator participate in a residency opportunity in Italy scheduled for 2013.
Users who have opened their profile on the website in previous years, should accept the 2012’s regulations and privacy agreements by the specified deadline. To do so, simply log into you account and read and accept the new documents.
The selection process will be carried out by the illysustainArt.org panel of international curators and professionals of the art world, and their decisions will be final and indisputable.
The conditions of the residency in Italy will be agreed separately between illycaffè s.p.a. and the selected artist or curator.

REVIEWS

Users who register to the website and write reviews on an artwork or body of work grant the specific artist the right to use the review for bibliographical purposes, as long as the author is credited in all circumstances. Reviews written by curators through this website may not be used by the artist in question without the author's authorisation. Reviews will be published both on the author's personal account as well as on the artist's in question personal account.

ONLINE EXHIBITIONS

Online exhibitions that promote interest of any particular religion or religious groups, governments or corporations as a primary purpose, together with work that promotes sexism, racism, homophobia, or any sort of discrimination will not be accepted on the website.

NEWS/LISTINGS

News on exhibitions, biennales, festivals and events and/or deadlines for art prizes, residencies, calls for work and portfolio reviews that are open to artists and curators who live in emerging and developing economies are welcomed and accepted for publication.
